Share-point is a leading industry in the field of coaching and consulting and also provides software to the 'Microsoft Sharepoint Products'. Thus with its progress it had achieved 'Gold Licensed Partner' grade in the 'Microsoft Partner Program'. With the standing recognition of 'The Microsoft Gold Licensed Partner', Sharepoint Solutions' has made its impact in the market. So not long ago it has launched its new release known as Share point 2007 which is employed for the better management of outlook messages. The new feature of Share-point is the arrival of Content Types which is a collection of meta-data columns.

So a meta-data column assists in scouring the documents and other messages which are related to a selected customer. But the difficulty with this is that Share-point does not prompt for these meta data columns which are present in the library.
